How do I get a refund on the Peter Pan Peanut Butter that’s being recalled?
I heard on the news that Peter Pan Peanut Butter with a product code of 2111 is being recalled because of salmanila poisoning. I have several jars of the 18 oz. variety. How do I get a refund for these jars.
If consumers have this product, they should discard it, but save the product lid. For a full refund, consumers must return the Peter Pan Peanut Butter or Great Value Peanut Butter product lid along with their name and mailing address to ConAgra Foods, P.O. Box 3768, Omaha, NE 68103.

Call the store where you purchased it from. Also, you should be able to call the company Peter Pan and they can send you a full refund if the store won’t refund you.

For a full refund, you can mail the lid along with your name and mailing address to:
ConAgra Foods
P.O. Box 3768
Omaha, NE 68103
The greeting on ConAgra’s Consumer Affairs line says the above address was established February 15, and though it may differ from other reported addresses, ConAgra insists this is the correct one.
The ConAgra Consumer Affairs line can be reached at 866-344-6970.
