They have specific height requirements for each character. I believe they consider him mouse height which is about 5′2" and under since he’s suppose to a kid. I’ve seen them give a little lee way though if your really good. GL!

No, official meet and greets with any of the fairies have not started yet. Meet and greets with them are expected to begin in the fall of this year. They have only been doing special events as of current. I’d keep an eye out for them either in Toontown or Fantasyland though in the early fall.

Oak leafs are usually in treetop bend, springtime orchard,maple tree hill,or acorn summit. I usually find them in acorn summit or maple tree hill. Hope that helps.^_^ Or just print out the ingredients guide.
